September 28th 2010 marked the latest release of the new album from Slowcoaster, titled: “The Darkest of Disco’s“. The album has created waves of excitement for fans who are dedicated to this east coast Canadian music group; all whom are delighted to hear the 5th and latest recording from Slowcoaster at Lakewind Studios. The album arrived in my mail box on Tuesday, and I was ecstatic to load it into the cd player and hear the musical magnificence for the first time. Thus far, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this highly polished and layered recording. The album is filled with background character and snazzy beats, along with the usual reggae influences and even a Mexican guitar to top it off. Overall, this will go down as one of Slowcoaster’s best. Keep it up gentlemen, and awesome work!Wednesday, November 3, 2010
