Back 2 School?

For those of you who are wanting to go back to school, but aren't sure what to take - let me reccommend to you the Business Administration programs. I currently attend Bow Valley College, and I am in my second year for the Business Diploma. So far, I can tell you that I love it and it is a very good program! Even if you don't think you have the mind for business, or you think Accounting will be too hard - I assure you that these fears, (no matter how real or scary they seem) are no more than mere thoughts.

It took me 3 years to go back to school after graduating grade 12 - mainly because I too had these 'unreasonable' fears around the work involved and if I could even handle it. 3rd semester in, I am handling it well and doing better than I ever thought possible. I highly reccommend looking into Business Administration if you want a higher education - whether or not you are an entrepreneur in the works, or you see yourself at a bank, or working in management, marketing, or accounting, then this program is indeed worthwhile! Time: What the !@%$ is going on?

Well I am sure you are wondering just like me; what the heck is up with 'time' lately? Well to me it would seem like time is definitely speeding up - I mean October just seemed to flash by... Like the blink of an eye, it was here - and then it was gone! It's the first week of November now as I type, and by the time I'm done - it will already be well into next week, and I'll have a hell of a lot more facial hair by then ;) Just something to think about... where is the time? Is it really speeding up, or is life just getting so busy that we are losing track of it like sand falling through our fingers?

We hang out in the Darkest of Disco's

September 28th 2010 marked the latest release of the new album from Slowcoaster, titled: “The Darkest of Disco’s“. The album has created waves of excitement  for fans who are dedicated to this east coast Canadian music group; all whom are delighted to hear the 5th and latest recording from Slowcoaster at Lakewind Studios. The album arrived in my mail box on Tuesday, and I was ecstatic to load it into the cd player and hear the musical magnificence for the first time. Thus far, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with this highly polished and layered recording. The album is filled with background character and snazzy beats, along with the usual reggae influences and even a Mexican guitar to top it off. Overall, this will go down as one of Slowcoaster’s best. Keep it up gentlemen, and awesome work!
